Ontario Snowmobiling

It has been a bit of a strange winter here! Started late, not too cold, but we've got lots of snow on the trails! The lakes are a bit slushy, but access to our Resort is easy on the seasonal road running along Lake Bernard.....snow covered and quite scenic!

Well, up here at our north Muskoka resort (Northridge Inn & Resort) we just received another great dumping of fresh snow........the trails in our district 11 are just awesome......so come up and give it a final run!!

Well it looks as though we are in for a few above normal temperature days, but keep the faith!.............those trails are packed and with a bit of cold weather they'll be ready to go here in the Almaguin Highlands....district 11. Greetings from our Almaguin Highlands Resort! Well as I'm sure everyone knows, the snow is here! The trails are being packed in our area District 11, and we understand that grooming is starting this week.

It's not far away now!

We're having one of the best winters for sledding that we've seen over the past five years and our trails are still awesome! Our sledder friends are telling us that the trails in our area are still excellent. With the forecast still calling for great temperatures and more snow we invite you to come up and give us a try!

Our Muskoka North Ontario resort has trails right to our property, and all the comfort at the end of the day's ride......exceptional dining and accommodations, lounge, hot tub, fireplaces and warm hospitality.

Winter in Ontario's Near North and Muskoka North is incredibly special. Miles of groomed trails through a winter wonderland of giant pines frozen lakes and some of the most spectacular scenery that you'll find in your Ontario Snowmobiling adventures! Here at Northridge Inn and Resort, it is common to see deer coming into our grounds daily to search out fresh cedar trees to nibble.

There is a wonderful hush under a fresh blanket of snow and toghether with the clean crisp air, it 's becomes a place that Ontario snowmobilers love to explore.
